Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that BackerKit surveys are going out right now so definitely keep an eye on your inbox.
We are still confirming some details with the developer but once that is done we will also give everyone the deadlines for locking down your surveys. Likewise, as the designs for the items in this campaign get finalized we will be posting updates and updating the images in BackerKit to show the new designs.

We want to extend a heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of you who helped us to get this far on this project. We've managed to raise over $50,000 for Fatal Twelve and while we did not get to the final stretch goal, the developer is very happy that everyone stepped up to support their game.
In the coming days, BackerKit surveys will be sent out to all users who backed this campaign. In a follow-up update, we will have general survey deadlines for everyone so make sure to save the date when that information is up.

Hello backers! This update is specifically for those of you who pledged at the $2,000 tier which includes commissioned artwork of each of the four main Fatal Twelve characters and an autograph from their corresponding voice actresses. The developer would like this request received as soon as possible in order to get the shikishi commissions ready to be signed by the voice actresses during the recording sessions scheduled for May and June. In the case that the BackerKit surveys do not arrive in time, we have provided the questionnaire that needs to be answered below:

This is a multi-part question for backers who are receiving custom color shikishi commissions of Rinka, Naomi, Miharu and Parca with the $2,000 tier. You will need to type in your requested customization parameters in the box below.
Regarding PersonalizationsThis is still being negotiated right now on what will be allowed but as soon as that information is available we will update all relevant backers right away. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
1) Please choose the attire you'd like your chosen character to be wearing:
-School Uniform / Main Outfit (in the case of Parca)
-Casual Wear
-Other
NOTE: In the case of other, please write a short description of the outfit. Shio Koji may also change the hairstyle to fit with that outfit. In the case that this request cannot be fulfilled, please choose a backup choice between the first two choices.
2) Please choose a pose and or situation for your chosen character. Also any items or accessories you'd like the character to be holding. Make the description as concise as possible. Reference material is appreciated.
NOTE: Commissions will be drawn from the bust-up.
Character designer Shio Koji will try to accommodate everyone's requests but please keep in mind that there is a chance that your customization request may be denied (in part or it's entirety) especially if in the case of a far too complex request. Also, all obscene or inappropriate requests will not be accepted.
3) Please choose how you'd like the voice actresses to say your name. Actual name or handle name is fine but please note that any obscene or inappropriate names are not allowed. If an alternative name is not received by the deadline below then we will use your first name as registered in your shipping information via BackerKit.
